Billings Historic Depot was the perfect setting for the barn dance atmosphere Janey and Robert dreamed of.  Hay bales, lanterns hanging from posts, and beautiful red roses.  The evening began with a spectacular ceremony in the beautiful First English Church.  The wedding party was transported to the reception by Total Transportation, and premier photographer Cabel Noteboom documented their memories.  Beyond Basil catered, Dancing Ovens designed the wedding cake and a friend gifted them the great groom's cake.  The dance floor was packed all evening with music by DJ Travis Kempf, Best Music. Other vendors included flowers by Evergreen IGA, Bugz's bar served, Let's Party decorated the ceiling, guests stayed at the Clocktower Inn, dress and tux came from StepNOut.  This amazing family was so welcoming and planning their wedding for the last year was an honor.

Pat - this has been such a ride.  Thank you for all the support and experience you have given us.  We cherish numerous events in Janey's life and this last 18 months has been no different.  As I write this note we are still envisioning this perfect day (today) where our family and friends celebrate.  Today, John and I thank you for helping us create such a perfect day that Janey and Robert will treasure forever.                  Paula & John

Dear Pat - Even now as I look back on our wedding photos, thank you for making Robert and my wedding day perfect.  I can't help but be thankful for all that you did for both my mom and I to plan every detail of the wedding day.  I can't imagine what we would have forgotten or vendors we would have found without your knowledge and expertise.  We sincerely thank you.  Love always,
Janey & Robert

The family ranch in the Absoraka Wilderness on Chief Joseph Pass between Cody, Wyoming and Cooke City, MT was Josh and Melissa's location for their dream wedding and events leading up to it.  Planning this remote wedding weekend required many e-mail, calls and a hand full of face-to-face meetings.  Vendors included Party-Time+ provided the tent environment, Total Transportation supplied the bus to transport guests to the ranch, Lynn and her fabulous staff from The Terrace in Cody catered bison and fish as well as the bar, and the Bozeman Band Bluejack was a crowd pleaser.  Gainans created the wildflower floral design, the chocolate truffle favors from Meeteetse Chocolatier and the chocolate espresso wedding cake came from Clark, WY's Detales Cakes.  Pictures coming soon from Bozeman Photographer - Janie Osborne.  This experience was a gift for me!

Hi Pat -

We are still recovering and trying to catch our collective breaths.  What a weekend!  It gave us incredible pleasure to see Melissa and Josh so happy, and our family and friends having the time of their lives.  None of that could have happened without your help and very thoughtful guidance.  Thank you ever so much.                                                                                                              Susan and Hap

Darcy and Ben were married at Mandalay Bay in Vegas on the 4th of July with family and close friends in attendance!  Then back to Billings for a reception at Chancey's.  The evening was filled with lots of surprises starting with a new photo booth and Austin Martin as DJ both from Prince Party, fabulous cupcakes and buffet from Sidewalk Chives Deli and Catering, a fun Groom's Cake - Honda - by Jayne's Signature Sweets, and a fantastic fireworks display at sunset from Richenbach Fireworks.  I provide a full planning package and what fun this couple is!

How fun to coordinate and officiate this wedding!  Of course DanWalt Gardens was spectacular for Brian and Shanna's ceremony, and the rain stopped just in time!  Then off to the Historic Depot with limo service by Total Transportation.  The evening was delightful - the bride's father prepared the meal, cheesecakes by Jayne's Signature Sweets were a huge hit, a fun candy buffet, and the guests were entertained by the fabulous Bozeman Band - 10' Tall and 80 Proof.  Flowers by Chip at IGA, bar from Montana Chad's, ceiling decorations from Party Solutions, and photographer, Jen Herbert.

Thank you so much for all the help and priceless advice in planning our wedding.  Words cannot describe how thankful we are for everything you did - from the beautiful ceremony to making sure every detail of the reception was perfect.  Thank you for everything - You're the Best!           Shanna & Brian

Pat - Just a note to thank you for all your help and guidance with Shanna and Brian's wedding.  Derek and I so appreciated turning over the logistics to you.  You made our day with our kids enjoyable.  I have had comments galore on the words of the wedding ceremony - the "hands" blessing is so powerful.                                                                                                                                 Shawn-MOB

Thank you Jerry - Alsa Photography for great memory of this wedding!  You are awesome to work with!  Patricia and Brandon were married at the New Apostolic Church with solo and pianist/organist Amy Logan,  harpist Josiah Hamilton and a duet by Angela & Alex Heidema.  Total Transportation's limo carried the wedding party to the Yellowstone Country Club for an amazing dinner, and dancing to the music of Travis Kemp of Best Music.  Their family and friends never left the dance floor!  A fun candy buffet from Candytown , and sparklers from Richenbach Fireworks rounded out the evening.  Linens by www.efavormart.com, flowers by Chip at Evergreen IGA, and cake by Marie Downer.  Rehearsal dinner was at the Red Door, and Beyond Basil catered the Sunday morning brunch.  I love you kids!

What a Great way to start the 2011 season by providing Day-Of Coordinating for Lincoln and EJ who flew in from Los Angeles to share an amazing wedding with their families at the Historic Depot.  Their close friend performed their ceremony with the bride and groom sharing vows they had written.  EJ held a "tiny" piece of paper 2"x2" with her handwritten vows.  Party Solutions provided the linens and decorated the Depot.  KBD Photography (hope to post their pics soon) from Bozeman shot the entire day and into the late evening.  Other vendors included: Buffet by Memorable Occasions, cake and cupcakes by Your Story Cakes.  Pulse Audio was the DJ, Montana Chad's brought the bar, flowers from Chip at IGA.  The highlight of the evening was the celebration of EJ's grandmother's birthday.  Each of her sons danced with her, and then the extended family. The end of her dance was with all the women in her life - it was fabulous.  Harper & Maddison hosted the rehearsal dinner.

Dearest Pat - Just a tiny note expressing our enormous thanks to you for all the help at our wedding.  You really made it possible for quite a few of us to relax and enjoy ourselves.  I so appreciated your positive attitude and fun spirit!  Many people commented on how smoothly everything went - a direct compliment to you and your services!  We absolutely loved working with you.  Much love and Gratitude - E'lese.

Yes Pat, you're incredibly good at what you do.  Thanks for lifting so much weight off our shoulders!  Sincerely, Lincoln.

I finished the wedding season with a beautiful wedding at the prestigious Prescott Hall on the campus of Rocky Mountain College followed by the reception at the Yellowstone Country Club, a private club in Billings.  Katelyn and Cody hired me to provide "full planning" and we designed and orchestrated this wedding in 4 months.  Gainans designed the flowers, and photos were taken by Jaymee Foster Photography.  The Yellowstone Chamber String Players, and the Rocky Mountain College Chamber Singers filled the hall with amazing music.  Ryan Mix was videographer, and the guests were served dinner of beef tenderloin and Alaskan salmon while Kathy McLain entertained on the piano with jazz music.  Party Solutions draped the reception site, the amazing cake was created by Dancing Ovens.   The MC for the evening was the well known local talent, Joey Traywick, and guests danced to the Bucky Beaver Band.  This couple is amazing and will be leaders in our community.

Chelsea and Tyler planned an amazing weekend for their huge family to enjoy at the Historic Depot.  I presided over the ceremony and did the Day-Of Coordinating.  Tyler's cousin, Nancy Waldron (who owns Sidewalk Chives) catered an outstand Italian buffet, her cake was filled with a wonderful fresh berry filling and served with ice-cream.  The Rex staffed the bar.  Chip from Evergreen IGA designed amazing floral arrangements for the event, Charlie Fox provided the DJ with music and dancing for 6 hours!  Chelsea's mom produced the slide show, her mother-in-law gave a special reading at the ceremony, and Chelsea's father made the wine (yes, Cab and Chardonnay) with a picture of the couple on each bottle.  Samantha Morris, the photographer, was there through the afternoon and into the late night and she had a slide show of photos throughout the day that were displayed at the reception on a very large monitor.  The new owner of Let's Party, Lisa Svinger, did a great job of decorating the ceiling of the dance floor.

Kara & Steve arrived from Washington to celebrate their wedding at her parents' home.  The tent went up, the Chuppa was built and 300 guests awaited the ceremony.  It was romantic, and beautiful, with a wonderful ceremony highlighted by Steve's father sharing the officiating with me and offering the 7 Jewish Blessings and the breaking of the glass!  The crowd danced to Austin Martin as DJ (Prince Party), dined on great foods from Beyond Basil, and the dessert was, of course, from Jayne's Signature Cakes.  Gainans' flowers were breathtaking.  Party Time+ and Montana Rentals provided the seating and tent for the evening and photos were taken by Nashan Photography in Bozeman, MT.

This flower was created by Gainans - it was glued together and became their cake topper.  It was the talk of the event and stayed perfect the entire evening.

Hello Pat!

I hope this finds you doing well! Thank you, again, for such an amazing job on our wedding. I have had so many compliments on our event with you being in the lead with most praises so far! I will definitely advise anyone I talk to not to have a wedding without speaking to you first!      Thanks a $1,000,000!       Connie (Mother of the Bride)

From the Bride and Groom - Words alone cannot describe how amazing Pat Clark is, though I will give it a try. As our day-of-coordinator, she perfectly executed all of our decor--every votive, fork, centerpiece, coaster, napkin, etc. was perfectly placed and aligned thanks to her meticulous attention to detail. The end result was visually stunning. Several of our guests said it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever attended. While I was very flattered, we really can only thank Pat and her crew (Brad and Stephanie) for making it all happen.

Pat's experience and ability to remain composed under pressure came through for us in the hour leading up to the ceremony. The weather turned against us just as guests began arriving, and it began raining on our outdoor, uncovered ceremony site. Without flinching, Pat began directing guests to the covered reception area to mingle, enjoy cocktails and pass around our guestbook to sign, while she had her crew flip all of the chairs one upside down on another so that none of the chair pads would be soaked with rain. When the rain broke for a short time, it took her and a few helpers only minutes to flip the chairs back over, which were perfectly dry thanks to her trick, and wipe down all of our benches with the drying towels from her emergency kit. If the grass hadn't been wet, a person would never have known that it had been raining for the last hour. Around that same time, a large order of beverages for the bar were not delivered according to my arrangements, and she had the vendor on the phone immediately, promising to deliver as soon as possible at no charge (which they did), and just in case we needed it sooner, she sent one of her associates to the store to buy the supplies. I really cannot decide which I appreciated more -- the fact that she was able to solve every last-minute issue quickly and resourcefully, or the fact that throughout it all, she remained perfectly calm, reassuring and lovely as ever. Because of Pat, I didn't even worry about it all; I was able to just relax and know that she had taken care of everything.

As our Officiant, Pat was exactly what we were looking for--warm and joyous, while also authoritative enough to communicate the significance of our commitment to each other. She was extremely helpful to us in writing our ceremony, sending us a book full of ideas, sample language and customs. She was enthusiastic about our decision to include Jewish customs into our ceremony and gave us tons of helpful feedback as we drafted it. After the ceremony, we had several guests tell us that it was the most special, lovely, and/or memorable ceremony they had ever witnessed. From our perspective, it was more perfect than we ever had imagined it could be.

Looking back now, I simply cannot imagine what our day would have been like without Pat. When I think about the modest amount that we paid for the services of her and her crew, and what all we got back in terms of the hours they spent decorating, quickly responding to last-minute mishaps and thoughtfully attending to our guests, I feel as if we got the bargain of a lifetime. My husband and parents both agree that Pat was a miracle worker that day.

Thank you, Pat Clark, for everything that you have done for us! I look forward to keeping in touch and seeing you at future weddings in Billings!

Kara & Steve H.

Shannon & Will chose the Moss Mansion for their August wedding and reception and I provided the wedding ceremony and day-of coordinating.  The day began with rain and clouds, but the moment Shannon stepped into the aisle the sun shown.  Vendors included Clark Montgomery Photography, Top Notch Catering, Evergreen Floral, Party-time+, Montana Chad's Bar, and Eric Finger Rae One Man Band.

Dear Pat - Thank you so much for all your hard work!  I don't know what I would have done without your help and knowledge.  You have made this wedding planning process so much easier and enjoyable.  You have a wonderful gift - a talent - that not only helps brides and grooms have a great day, but you are also able to make us feel so calm, confident and excited.  Could not have done this without you.       Love, Shannon & Will.

Terri and Steve danced to the Bucky Beaver Band at Chancey's Event Center following their ceremony under the new gazebo.  It's a fabulously long walk down the aisle for any bride, and the scenery lends to the ambiance.  Guests were treated to Navasio's Hamburgers right off the grill, salads by Memorable Occasions, Mickey's Bar provided the refreshments, and wonderful family members and friends provided the cake, and photography. Steve's mother poured soy candles into favor tins, and created the candles for the centerpieces.

Marilyn & David - romance was in the air!  This was a full wedding planning package and the couple was married at the Yellowstone Art Museum followed by a wonderful Sunday Brunch by Beyond Basil.  Vendors included Daniel Sullivan Photography, Gainans, Party-Time+, Jayne's Signature Sweets, Mostly Mozart Trio, Tom Wagner - soloist.  John Buck from Gainans is an amazing artist with imagination and a love for his work.

Pat -David and I have often thought of you during the three months since our wedding, Pat.  We want to thank you again for your special blend of professionalism, skill, wit, and organizational genius that made our wedding celebration magical.

Our friends were blown away by the entire affair, some comparing it to stepping into a scene from Town and Country.  They talked of the elegance, the romantic air, the many details that smoothly flowed together to make an enchanting day.  David and I talk of how you made it possible for us to enjoy the day without worrying about details.  Because of you, we were free to float through that dream of a day without a single concern.

Your hard work made the wedding seem effortless, Pat.  From day one when we sat at the table in my office and I said, “You’re hired!” until our last hug after the celebration, you were on the ball, seemingly completing multiple tasks simultaneously: meeting with florists, bakers, caterers, venue staff, musicians, the clergy; ordering and sending invitations; setting up appointments; picking stuff up; delivering stuff; and often saying, “Do you want me to do that?  I’d be happy to!”

The truly remarkable thing is, you never acted like you were working hard.  You did it all with a smile that made it clear you were enjoying yourself.  I’m glad you found your calling: you are the Wedding Planner Extraordinaire!     We are so grateful for you, Pat.  From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

Amber & Ronnie - A perfect day - their wedding was at the Moss Mansion and reception at the Elks.  Vendors included IGA Floral, Party-Time+, Jayne's Signature Sweets, Elks Lodge buffet, JB Sound, Sara Lambert Photography, Total Transportation.  Rehearsal dinner was in Prescott Hall on Rocky Mountain College campus.

Jessica and Andy  - I was their wedding planner for 14 months.  Their wedding and reception were at Oscar's Park on the river.  Vendors included Evergreen Floral, Party-time+, Top Notch Catering, Project Meats, Elise Meyers Photography, Shelly's Cakes, Prince Party.

Pat - Words can't even begin to express how grateful we are to have found you!  You are simply amazing at what you do, and I'm not sure we could have pulled it off without you.  It was so nice to sit back and enjoy our big day and not have to worry about what needs to get done (except show up and look good!).  However, the best part was working with you for the last 6 months and getting to know you; and then, having a friend to marry us!  It was perfect.  I'm not sure "thank you" is enough - Kristen Ballard

Pat - You were a life saver and because of you, our wedding experience was one we will always remember with no negatives!  You are truly a joy to work with and now a good friend!!  Thank you for all you did! - Jeff Ballard
