Each couple who contracts with me for wedding officiating, or planning will receive this free "Complete Booklet of Wedding Ceremonies". It contains hundreds of samples, offering you the opportunity to easily create the ceremony of your dreams. This booklet includes information for your programs, traditional and non-traditional ceremonies, and special ceremonies including sand, unity and children's' options.

This booklet includes information for your programs, traditional and non-traditional ceremonies, and special ceremonies including sand, unity and children's' options.
Wedding Ceremony Packages:
Copy of contract and description of duties available upon request.
#1 - $150.00 - Wedding Ceremony Package
(not including rehearsal or travel expenses outside city limits)
ü Ceremony consultations by phone, e-mail or in person to design your religious or civil program, ceremony and vows prior to ceremony.
ü A large collection of wedding ceremonies and vows for you to use or amend to your personal preference, or you can write your own.
ü Officiate your ceremony at your choice of locations within Billings city limits, arriving 15-30 minutes early for the ceremony:
· Brief photographer, musician, ushers;
· meet parents and wedding party;
· set special ceremony table if requested;
· check that the best man has the rings;
· have wedding party sign the marriage license;
· check to make sure all guests are seated before ceremony;
· prepare the wedding party for the processional.
ü Sand or unity candle ceremony, Rose Ceremony, children’s vows, memorial readings other wonderful recognition ceremonies available.
ü A copy of your Wedding Ceremony for your memory book.
ü Processing of your completed marriage license with the Clerk of Courts. You and your fiancé will need to purchase the license at the Courthouse. Provide to you two copies of the signed marriage license.
ü Notary services at no additional charge if completed during the paperwork process.
After our first meeting, if I, or one of my associates, are available for your event, I ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your date. This will be applied to the final fee due prior to your wedding day. I am sorry, but I am unable to process credit cards.
Time, mileage, and other expenses are additional for weddings outside the city limits.
Rehearsal - $50.00
(not including travel expenses outside city limits)
ü 30 Minute Rehearsal - separate fee (time and mileage additional outside city limits).
#2 – $100.00 - Simple “I Do” Wedding Ceremony

On short notice - are you having a small wedding or commitment ceremony at home, heading to the judge’s chambers, or just eloping? I can meet you at your home, my office, or a location of your choice to perform a short wedding ceremony using one of my template ceremonies. The marriage license does require the signature of two witnesses. Package includes:

Officiate your ceremony at your choice of locations within

(Time and mileage
additional for weddings outside the city limits.)
ü Standard Civil or Religious Ceremony using one of my templates instead of designing your own.
ü A copy of your Wedding Ceremony.
ü Processing of your marriage license with the Clerk of Courts.
ü Notary services at no additional charge if competed during the paperwork process.
Payment is due in cash or check prior to this ceremony.
* Optional:
$50 Fresh Flower Bridal Bouquet of 1 Dz. Roses or Seasonal Mixed Bouquet, and Matching Groom’s Boutonnière.
$40 Two witness (upon
availability).
$30 Nine-inch basic wedding cake decorated with fresh flowers.
