Marilyn & David - romance was in the air! This was a full wedding planning package and the couple was married at the Yellowstone Art Museum followed by a wonderful Sunday Brunch by Beyond Basil. Vendors included Daniel Sullivan Photography, Gainans, Party-Time+, Jayne's Signature Sweets, Mostly Mozart Trio, Tom Wagner - soloist.
Amber & Ronnie - A perfect day - their wedding was at the Moss Mansion and reception at the Elks. Vendors included IGA Floral, Party-Time+, Jayne's Signature Sweets, Elks Lodge buffet, JB Sound, Sara Lambert Photography, Total Transportation. Rehearsal dinner was in Prescott Hall on Rocky Mountain College campus.
Jessica and Andy - I was their wedding planner for 14 months. Their wedding and reception were at Oscar's Park on the river. Vendors included Party-time+, Top Notch Catering, Project Meats, Elise Meyers Photography, Shelly's Cakes, Prince Party.

Day of Coordinating (and the day
before) - $450.00
Are you ultra-organized? If you are a couple who enjoy doing your own research and planning, or if the planning is almost completed, or you may be feeling overwhelmed and need somebody to pull it all together - please consider my services to coordinate the rehearsal and wedding day with this Wedding Day package. I will attend to all of the behind-the-scenes details and handle any unforeseen emergencies. If you choose the "Day-Of" Wedding Day package, I will:

| Conduct the rehearsal |
| Orchestrate the set up of the ceremony and reception locations |

What exactly is a "Day of Coordinator"?
I found this great post explaining
exactly what a "Day of Coordinator" is and I think that Melissa from
Masterpiece Weddings does such a great job explaining all the little,
behind the scene things that we do.
Why do you need a Day of Coordinator, someone to help you on the day of
your wedding. You have your wedding planned, your contracted with all of your
wedding vendors. Now what? You don't want your mom or Bestie to be running
around making sure your details are handled....
• Who is going to organize your wedding day, create your schedule for the day
of your wedding, go over your contracts, make sure you and your fiancé – your
mom can be guests at your party!
• Who is going to open the door for you right before you walk down the aisle…
hint – NOT your mom, she’s already seated.
• Who is going to take care of THAT drunk guest at your wedding, that just so
happens to be a prominent judge and is making a fool of himself and pulling
down his pants on the dance floor – hint, NOT your mom!
• Who is going to inform your caterer that they didn’t include the green beans
on the buffet, or make sure your 2 Vegan guests can't be served a vegetarian
meal… hint- NOT your mom!
I know you said that your fiancé can be the “point” man for your wedding day,
but really, when it comes time to cut the cake, and you want 20 more minutes
to mingle with your friends before, is he going to stop mingling to inform the
caterer, the photographer, the videographer, the DJ or Band that you need more
time, because by the time he does that, you’ll need another 40 minutes.
Because he just wasted 20 informing everyone.
That’s our job, we do all of that and SO MUCH more, really… it’s worth the
money…. I promise!

requirements. Estimated package may vary from $1200 - $1800.

This is the ultimate service for anyone who is pressed for time and overwhelmed by the challenges of planning such an extensive and important event. For "hourly" assistance that may include budget planning, question and answer sessions, etiquette situations, timelines or other "simple" or unexpected matters, consider my help and guidance. If you can't handle a last-minute crisis or you just need a little extra support and information, I can assist.
Destination Wedding This package is designed specifically for each bride based on her needs and requirements.
A destination wedding is a wedding held in a setting away from your hometown. Oftentimes, a destination wedding and the honeymoon are celebrated in the same venue. I can provide every wedding detail; the setting to the officiate to the flowers and the cake can be arranged at the destination to suit your taste.
